Melisha "Mimi" Battle
Today, Melisha “Mimi” Battle is the owner and operator of Mimi’s Sweet Boutique, a customized bakery featuring “made from scratch” cupcakes and custom designed cakes. This self-employment venture gives her the flexibility to concentrate on what’s most important, like focusing on being a stay at home Mom and being involved in her children’s extracurricular activities. She has two hearing sons 10 years old (Jameer & Rashord) and 3 years old daughter named Ja’Lisha. All of her children are fluent in Sign Language.
